Cornhusker Auto Center will be supporting Mercy Meals during Car Wars 2022! Mercy Meals is a non-profit organization that allows volunteers to package nourishing food that will be delivered by the Orphan Grain Train to children in need throughout the world. Orphanages, refugee camps, feeding centers, disaster relief centers and local food pantries have been recent recipients of our food!

CORNHUSKER NISSAN | S.M.I.L.E.

Cornhusker Nissan of Norfolk is supporting S.M.I.L.E. during Car Wars 2022! S.M.I.L.E (Stephanie’s Miracles in Loving Equine) provides therapeutic horseback riding for special needs children and adults in Northeast NE. This is a form of recreational therapy for the handicapped! The Program runs from May to September. We need Volunteers in many different areas including helping instructors with the horses, working with students, and help with general maintenance!

Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is supporting Building Blocks Foster Care during Car Wars 2022! Building Blocks for Community Enrichment, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1998. Children were seen separated from their biological families by hundreds of miles simply because there were so few foster homes in their local area. Building Blocks recruits, licenses, and supports foster homes in Northern and Central Nebraska. Building Blocks aims to make Foster Parents successful by providing them training and support as they care for youth in our area!
